A Dermaroller is an instrument that creates micropiercing in the scalp or skin for the product to penetrate and be absorbed in a better way.

For Skin:  Dermaroller when rolled over the skin stimulates collagen and elastin production.  This process improves the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, scars and pigmentation.
